|
Shoalcoast staff are happy to discuss your client’s matter briefly to determine whether we are the best service to refer to and if not to provide a relevant referral.Clients can bring a support person to a face to face interview. To be able to provide telephone advice to a third party we would need to have an authority signed by the client but our preference is to have the client present so we can ensure they get the correct advice and understand it. |
