Funded by the Attorney-General’s Department, our vision is a connected family law system that minimises conflict and supports the best interests of children. We seek to achieve this vision by encouraging professionals from the legal and non-legal sectors to work together to support families experiencing separation by providing opportunities to learn, share information and foster strong links with locally-based service providers as part of the family law system.
We coordinate events, training and regional conferences as well as collaborating with both the legal and non-legal sectors such as the Shoalhaven Domestic Violence Committee, Private Lawyers, Community Legal Sectors, Aboriginal Legal Service, Community Organisations, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, etc.
As a regional network, we operate specifically to meet the needs of services and practitioners who work with separating or separated families in our beautiful part of the world.
In this section you will find a list of useful links and resources relating to separating or separated families.
We are here to support and equip you to work with families experiencing separation.
